I used to take a buffered C Powder. I took Allergy Research Buffered C and

also Thorne Research Buffered C Powder. I don't think I would take the

Kirkland Brand. The cheaper brands are not a pure. I get my stuff from

www.illnessisoptional.com . They also sell Iodoral. There are TONS of

products there plus you get points everytime you order that give you money

back on future orders.

Which Vitamin C supplement best?

Vitality C is a good one and so is Ultra Absorbic-C which is

non-corn derived liquid C and is like doing IV Vitamin C. In fact,

BioImmune (Dr. Arnold Takamoto) who is famous for their IV Vitamin C’s

uses UltaAsboric C for those who don’t want to or cannot do the

Vitamin C IV.

My doctor in Mississippi, who is an Internal medicine doctor who

practices just naturally and supplements (and Armour and Iodine),

he sells and recommends Vitality C from American Nutriceuticals.

Check it out and see what you think.

Thank you for this information. It appears there are many good

options. I will look into them. The Ultra Absorbic C sounds really

good.

You are welcome. It is a journey - for life I am afraid. I feel like I am

shooting at a moving target with my body but it is getting easier. :)

According to Dr. Carl T. , Acerola vitamin C is exponentially

more potent than other forms of vitamin C he has encountered. His

research team gathered many brands and tested them with an ORP meter.

He found Acerola to win hands-down. He stated that his ocular eye

pressure had been 27 and after taking Acerola vitamin C, his pressure

dropped to 16.
