I am so very glad that you are feeling results from eating cleaner. That means your immune system is happier. When your immune system is happier it can go about doing the job it is meant to do. Very tempting to buy cookies and all that stuff. Wow, just shows how committed you are to yourself. I hope you are proud of yourself and how you are taking care of your body.

You sound like a busy girl. Go over to those neighbors and tell them to take care of their trees. Heavens, how dare they give you more work. I think you need to build another fire and smoke them out again. Teach 'em a lesson.

I am glad you are in support of Kim but still taking care of yourself. I am very proud of you. It is no small task being in the thick of things like that with someone you care so much for. Very , very hard. You can tell her I also admire her for going through with this surgery even though she is so very scared. Takes real courage to do this and she has come such a long way from where she was before. No doubt because of your stand for her and your support. And tell her "You go girl with that bucket list!"

I am glad you have gotten support and help here. That is what the groups aim is. Never hesitate to reach out. You are such a joy to everyone and such a wonderful friend to all. Sherry the pics of the deer head high in the snow is hilarious. I don't know how they walk in it. I would be sliding on topif possible like a seal.lol great pics. The cardinals are fattening up[ ready to head up north. I struggled to get riding lawnmower going, but I did and chopped up leaves in the yard. (No raking here) I cut down my trees (rotten,falling down on house) but the neighbor didn't cut his and so.. the leaves are all in my yard. but I love cutting my yard on my riding mower. I feel so powerful. as often I do not.---I am showing signs of getting my immune system is getting stronger. Kim gave me a sinus infection and I lived w/ it for days before finally getting cipro. having to go to hosap thursday. I didn't want to have anything I could spread around, since I inherited it. but over all I think that I am getting heartier. thanks I give 1/2 of kudos to y'all. I have purposefully run out of sweets and

carb,even marg.(I'm a marg addict.)(mmm butter and rice.) here at the house. I'm not starving, just trying to eat things that will spoil around here if I don't . I now have to learn to cook brown rice.lol and lots of beansI went to wal-mart yesterday. and you would be so proud. I bought onions,oranges and sweet potatoes.No cookies,or pizza. lolno fast food. ----Kim is having surgery thursday . She leaves at 4 am. I would like to ride w/ her and her boyfriend, that way I can be assured to get there and back safely.-----She says she is terrified, and has never been before. In all of her surgeries.she wasn't scared. But this is a 6 hr. surgery. I knew she needed a day so I didn't call yesterday. she knopws how to get me if she needs me. ----She is working on her bucket list. and went and got a tattoo of a heart and scroll w/ her 2 grandkids names on it. lol I said why not. you are 47 (might die in surg.) you can do anything you want

to do. that made her happy. and she got to talk to other people besides me. I can't believe that I've turned into such a wimp. my mom did about my age also. you can only take in so much. esp. when your own life is angst ridden.----Thank you all again for helping me keep my focus on my health so that I can help her. You all get a big kudos. yes I am committed. my son took all my time before, and now I'm on my own. and I amgoiing to LIVE, LAUGH AND LOVE. in that order. Yes, I am feeling so much better w/ new diet. we will see after rain starts tomorrow.lol

Don't worry about your typos. I have no trouble reading your posts; in fact, they are a lot of fun. The typos add something to it...it makes it sound like you're so cheerful and happy.
