Nasal Spray Pump w/Lugol's

I decided to take Bill Munro's hydrogen peroxide technique and substitute diluted Lugol's solution since it is cold season and I had a respiratory infection last week. I sailed through the cold fairly easily since I am high-dosing iodine already but I would have rather not of had it at all.
