....May not necessarily be the direct culprit for Chron's or Celiac, please read this article .Some people who have followed a gluten-free diet but see no improvement, very likely have the mycotoxins in corn or other foods (which are allowed in the diet) to blame; corn is notoriously high in mycotoxins AND tons of products a lot of us consume (or used to) are made out of corn.This reminds me of a discussion I once saw in a celiac forum about Lay's Stax potato chips, which have no gluten, yet several people reported feeling "glutened" after eating them.
