When taking Lugols is it better to take your dose all in one shot?

Iodorall is a pill so it's harder to do that. Also how soon after taking iodine

is it best to do the salt water, immediately?

Also, with the more iodine you take, do you increase the salt by a certain ratio

or is it always 1/4-1/2 salt water once/day repeating in a half hour when

necessary.
