I apologize for asking what has probably been asked dozens of times before, but should Iodoral (or Lugol's) be taken with or without food? Also, what is the best time of the day to take it?

Nope Dr. Brownstein has always told me to take it with food. He has written the same on the slips for my husband and 2 children too.
