Health food stores should have elderberry juice.

Cutting back rice milk would be good.

Walnuts have protein and fat

Fruit has carbs/sugar

The walnuts should be more long term satisfying to your appetite. Almonds too

Are you getting in some olive oil? At least, a tablespoon each meal?

Sipping on water all day. Also water with lemon is real good for stabilizing

sugar.

When you think you are hungary. Drink some water and do something else for

awhile before you decide you need to eat. Retrain the brain.

Hi Kathy, Thanks Kathy about doing good on my food plan. I don't

eat soy. I had that ELISA blood test 2 years ago and soy was one of

my reactive/allergic foods. I was just copying what the book said.

I do use rice milk in my fruit smoothie in the morning. Was

thinking about giving up rice milk now because of the sugar. Trying

to kick the sugar from my food plan.

Is it OK to have more walnuts? Would it be OK to have 1/2 cup of

walnuts a day?

Can you find elderberry jelly or juice in a health food store?

Have a good night!

Only half a cup?

:-))

I eat a lot of nuts but when I want more than a large handful *at a

time* I know it is a sign I need more protein so I make a small

meat-and-green meal.
