Deotx is a slow process and> outpatient methods do work.> Phil >> Because he is so depleted and can barely take care of himself now.He wants to be monitored/watched over. I haven't heard from him indays-he was leaving the motel -back to house that was triggeringhim.Doesn't check email often and did not leave a home no. I want togive him resources people have posted and more info on wheyfirst/Cheney.I don't know enough to know if he is correct in wantingin-patient. Guest guest
How do I go about finding out if I need to do a detox on heavy metals??
Guest guest
Hair tests can sometimes tell you but in my case I tested negative for Mercury yet when I did DMSA I felt better. You can do a DMPS challenge test (IV from a Dr) but this is controversial. I did two of them and had horrible panic attacks. Steph Heavy Metal Detox How do I go about finding out if I need to do a detox on heavy metals??

Guest guest
Hey, almost every body has toxic heavy metal.. even pinguins in the South Pole, we get it from the carpet, from everywhere, if you want to go ahead, it can not hurt you, just cleanses you and whats wrong with that???? Everybody needs some form of a daily detoxing plan. There are plenty to choose from. Talk to some body at the health food store, if you dont know which one, do your home work, some are better than others. Iodine is good. It detoxes good. I use iodoral, 12mg, and I take 2 in the morning. > > > > Hair tests can sometimes tell you but in my case I tested negative for Mercury yet when I did DMSA I felt better. Guest guest
Nature's Sunshine has a product called heavy metal detox... they are the best herb company ... Have someone muscle test you to see IF you need it and how much you would need. Don't do it too fast or it will send you into a tizzy! She does have some symptoms of heavy metal poisoning so she got tested for mercury toxicity. Her levels were said to be at 10, which is elevated, but doesn’t appear to be off the chart. Anyone have experience with this? Would chelation be appropriate or any other advice I may want to giver her aside from drinking lots of water, fruits vegies, exercising and avoiding high mercury types of fish? ph Medlin D.C. Guest guest
Matt's advice sounds right on ..... heavy doses of vitamin C with (liquid) minerals is a daily way to do a good oral chelation cleanse, slower but consistent. There are a number of good combinations of products available.... and methods: oral, IV, rectal....all are effective.
