Guest guest
Did you actually see what used to eat. He would have lost weight on any diet because he started eating a reasonable amount of food instead of enough food for 12 people. As he gets older the type of food he eats will start having more affect on his actual health and not just his weight. If you don't know, is the Subway Restaurants spokesperson who claims to have lost a considerable amount of weight mainly on Subways sandwiches! It confounds me how so many people could believe this balhooey! Then again, look who are president is...At any rate, if did actually lose the weight on a strict Subway diet, I'm curious to know what you think his blood type may be. I would venture to guess that it isn't O because all that wheat every day would slow his metabolism down considerably. I would probably say he's a B. Either way, I think it's a sham and don't think anyone could lose 200 pounds on that fast food. And unlike Spurlock, director and start of Super Size Me, I'm not going to try it either. Hey, if you eat nothing but bread, you'll lose weight sooner or later if it doesn't kill you first.
Guest guest
It would depend on how he had his sandwiches. He could order them without the bread. Of course, he may not have heard of the BTD. I have no doubt that the diet worked. I've lost weight on similar diets but ended up sick. A type A would probably thrive on it.
