Guest guest
These tests were done at the University of Oregon. I'm not exactly sure how they ran the test, but each food tested was tested with each blood type to see if the frod agglutinized the cell. For instance, pork against each blood type, agglutinized the cells of all blood types. How would one extract a lectin from a food to test it ? or am I looking at this wrong? Did he take any photos of an agglutinated blood sample post eating an avoid ?... I don't remember getting this info from any of his books. thanks ! S ************ **Looking for simple solutions to your real-life financial challenges? Guest guest
that's interesting , thanks. Do you think they tested the cells of pork with the human blood cell of each type ? **************New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Dining, Movies, Events, News & more. Guest guest
An objection to D'Adamo's testing I have read, is that he mixes the food directly with the blood in his tests. And food doesn't go directly into the bloodstream it gets digested. > > From: lescase@... <lescase@...> > Subject: Re: scientifics of btd > > Date: Friday, October 3, 2008, 2:42 PM > > > > > > > that's interesting , thanks. Guest guest
I'm trying to remember the name of the man from U of O that had a web-site. Maybe someone else can remember. It has been quite awhile. He was very good about answering questions. Then his site disappeared. For the life of me I can't remember his name. U of O had a site as well. Perhaps we need to contact Dr. D to clear it all up. If I am wrong, I appologize ahead of time. Guest guest
Are you thinking of Shapiro? I didn't know he was associated with the U of O, but he is in Eugene, as is U of O. And he used to give BTD classes and I think he had a website. scientifics of btd > @groups .com > Date: Thursday, October 2, 2008, 3:15 PM > > > > > > > Hi guys,, does anyone know how Dr. D did his lab work on comparing lectins > vs blood type? ie. did he take blood samples and test it with a food lectin > ? Guest guest
I'm Tom and I do live in Arlington, TX in the Dallas Fort Worth area, but I believe you are thinking of DeKany. I took much of his advice on losing weight and it worked. I haven't kept up with where he is now. At that time, he had a website and among many products, he resold North American Pharmacal products and did offered a forum where he responded to questions. , are you still listening?
