Iodine 24-hour urine test?

New here. I just got results back from a 24-hour urine test.

I had 39 [ref. 0.02 - 0.38] mg/24hr. 78% excretion.

Any idea what this test means? Creatinine was normal 1540 [ref. 600 -

1900]

I'm in Val's Adrenal/Thyroid group and am concerned I may have

Hashimoto's.. What tests next?

Any help appreciated!
