Okay where's mine? I'm going on 5 months post surgery and tired has H***.

I haven't had a soda pop or caffeine since surgery except the occasional

chocolate which we're going to switch to carob. I take an apple, banana,

spinach juice drink 1-2x day with flaxseed oil and Lecithin. I make fresh

carrot and apple juice. I've switched to rice milk and very seldom have

dairy. I actually baked some cod fish the other night using the olive

oil/herb dressing. I'm eating salads and fruit.

I'm working hard at not skipping meals even if it's just a juice drink.

I did have a steak and shrimp for Valentines. That will hold me over for

another couple of years. I haven't realized how long it's been since red

meat and I don't miss it.

We've started making our own bread again which is made with white bean

flour and a variety of wheat. For a sugar drink we get cranrasberry juice

drink instead of fruit punch.

We may not have the best diet yet but we are trying.

Cheers and here's hoping that someday I wont feel like something the dog

dragged in.

Diane
