Guest guest
All, I was referred to Dordevich following an auto accident where a Ford Excursion going 55mph on the fwy rear ended the car I was a front seat passanger in. All traffic had stopped and we stopped. The Excursion behind us didn't notice that traffic had stopped cause he was messing with his coffee cup. I was significantly injured. Dordevich, while interviewing me, said something to the effect of (and I'm paraphrasing here), don't go to a chiropractor, they'll just jack up the bill and waste your time. THen he wrote me an RX for several meds. I realized that he hadn't read my intake form under 'occupation'. I told him I happend to be a chiropractor and that I didn't agree with his advice. His exam was not inferior, but the advice at the end negated any appreciation I had for him. I would not refer anyone to him. Sultany MD is excellent! I've had several patients report that he's kind, caring and has given them great help. I've had some really challanging cases that reported they loved him. Guest guest
Hi Leah, Don't be too worried that you aren't there yet on 3 grains. I needed a lot more than that to feel well! I too have joint pain but on reading http://www.drlowe.com I realised that my joint pain was due to unconverted T4( in the Armour) so had to reduce it and add ( lots) of T3. The pain went slowly over the next 3 weeks never to return. Subject: Rheumatologist referral Hi all, I have scared myself a little bit - what if the fatigue etc. isn't hypoT and is this - then it won't go... I am on 3 grains now for just over 3 weeks, and temps are gtting to 36.6 now so shouldn't be feeling this poorly now I don't think...bit scared about the HC thing - none of the docs know, and if I tell them they will prob take me off armour I reckon - any old excuse... Anyway, sorry to moan, if you've read this far then thanks!! Leah xx ------------------------------------ TPA is not medically qualified. Guest guest
Hi , The only thing is I went down the adding in T3 route and it did not suit me at all... it made me feel quite poorly... I am also wondering whether I am one of those that need to add T4... I am going to have my ANA blood tests tomorrow, so I will ask them to do the TFT as well, and see where I am. Once I ahve been on 3grains for 6 weeks, I will be speaking to Dr P again, and see where to go next! Thanks , Leah xx > > Hi Leah, > Don't be too worried that you aren't there yet on 3 grains.
