Oh, thank you! I am very excited to have a new recipe to make at Christmas.

I usually make many different kinds of cookies and such, and try new ones

every year--but it was after Christmas last year that I seriously resumed

the BTD, and I am determined to start some new and healthier traditions,

while leaving behind forever some of those old recipes. Having a recipe like

this will satisfy my creative, festive urge.

Dark chocolate and raisin muffins.

I suppose you could make dark chocolate chip cookies with darkrye

flour/ricebran mix instead of flour, and molasses to sweeten?

Likewise fruit cake?
