Guest guest
Hi Vicki, People usually do testing before supplementing to get a baseline. Your are doing all of the things I probably would have recommended to start with. y now much has changed, or we should hope so, so doing a hair analysis would reflect that change. Either way the cleansing of metals and other toxins process would be the same. I say keep looking forward to the better health you have already started. Never look back always use forward focus to keep your efforts in that direction. Just as in EFT we remove negative emotional attachments that we have and move forward without them to a better life. Testing is, at this point for you, a backward focus. As far as diet I say if you are feeling good on your diet you are probably doing what your body needs. That may change after your body is healthier but time will tell. Keep up the good work, jerryvsloss1 <vsloss1@...> wrote: Dr. Jerry-You are just the person who can answer my questions. I am lookingfor a naturopathic doctor in my area, but until I find one I am hopingto continue on my own towards better health. While continuing my detox with iodine, I was thinking of getting ahair anaylsis to find out about heavy metals, nutritionaldeficiencies, and any other info it gives. Also was going to try andget a salvia test done with respect to hormone issues. Do you know ifthis is a bad time to do either, because of just starting the Iodoraland therefore being in detox. I am up to 50mg dose and have worked upto that over 5 weeks.I only changed my diet and lifestyle patterns 4 months ago, so I mightnot yet be ready (psychologically) for metabolic typing. But we areeating only grass-fed, cage free, organic, and whole fresh foods.Coconut and olive oil only, none of those rancid polyunsaturated oilssold at the groceries. (Although I did kill an ants nest outside ourdoor with my canola oil.) So at least we are going in the rightdirection. And yes, the biggest deal is after probably 40 years, I nolonger drink soda pop, particularly my "drug" of choice, Mountain Dew. :)Thanks, Vicki
Guest guest
Hi Jerry- Thank you so much for affirming the changes that I have already made. I can see a value in waiting to test hair or saliva, in that it gives my body time to adapt to the changes I have made and show improvement. Then if in the future I still need to make additional health improvements, I will be testing from where I am and have made some progress already. I think I will look into the EFT and see about using that to help with my attitudes. I know that I have to keep those in check or I can get very negative. Optomistic ideas don't come naturally to me so I have to always monitor my self talk. Thanks again for your encouragement!
