I'm an O non secretor and I'm doing pretty well at being compliant, but I

want to do even better. So I have 2 questions:

1. I'm now eating no fish at all due to mercury contamination etc. Should I

use some kind of fish oil instead? Or is there another way to get safe fish

that I can afford?

2. Vegetables: most charts say unlimited bene's. I'd like to know what's a

minimum level per day. Right now I eat about 4 cups per day, mostly

collards.
