Guest guest
My fav bars were ABB Pure Protein Zero Sugar Bars, but they have discountinued the Chocolate Raspberry I liked. I was in the sports store today and the guy told me they now make a Cinnamon Roll (I think) flavor that he thinks really good. But they had sold out of them. He is ordering some more for me. He showed me the stats for them & they looked good -which was why I liked the old bars. They have: 3.5g fat 0 sugar 31g protein 31g carbs Can't wait to try them. It's hard to find a bar low in fat & sugar. Guest guest
I've eaten the Lean Body bars Pecan Pie or Strawberry Cheesecake. 3 grams of sugar- not to bad!Only 3 grams of carbs though, 30 protein. > Does anyone know of any meal replacement bars that are low sugar. Guest guest
Odyssey bars have good stats. I also like the Meso tech " lite " bars. The lemon ones are good. Optimum brand Protein Diet are small and have good stats as do Protein Plus sugar free caramel apple or chocolate almond fudge. Guest guest
I like the Myoplex Carb Sense bars (creamy peanut butter flavor) and they have 29 grams of protein, 20 grams carbs but 0 sugar, and while they are only 250 calories, they are quite large. And as Stasia recommended, the Odyssey bars are also delicious and have good stats. Sherri > Does anyone know of any meal replacement bars that are low sugar. Guest guest
For non-secretors, I think secretors can have dates. Great post on your training sessions, by the way. I'm jealous. I would love to have the time for training sessions. I just sneak onto the treadmill whenever I get a few minutes to spare. I'd love to have the time to get my teeth cleaned but I'm working on that one. - RE: bars Dates are also an avoid.

Guest guest
Is cool. I make that mistake the other way all the time. I like the idea that the bar has only 4 or 5 ingredients and they are all natural foods. Even if none of them are a protein source. ---- Original Message ---- From: tomwilson64@...
