Guest guest
Hi Di, Everyone's body seems to respond so differently ...some will gain lbs. at first, but lose inches. Other's will lose lbs. but not inches. When I first started I gained lbs., and lost inches. I used to measure and weigh myself every week, but now I don't measure until I KNOW it will reflect a loss in the places I measure (although I will sneek a peek once in a while). There have been times that I have gained inches in some areas, but lost in others. Some weeks I would lose lbs., and the next week I would gain them back. If you are using the tape measure to track your progress, I would measure in as many places as you can. I measure in 6 places, but now I wish I had measured in other places because I KNOW I have lost there too. The six places I measure really doesn't amount to much if you look at all the space left unaccounted for. In reality I've lost a whole lot more in inches than what I've recorded. As for the scale, I would've been pretty disappointed if that was my only method of tracking my progress over the past 4 months. Your clothes will be your best " progress tracker " . For me, it really doesn't matter anymore what the tape or the scale says because everyday I see really nice changes. My legs look so different than they did even a month ago, but this doesn't reflect on the scale or the tape measure. No one will be able to predict how fast you will lose. Some lose quickly and steadily, some lose slow and steady. Some lose slowly at first then start dropping inches rapidly. And, unfortunately, there are some people who experience little or no inch loss at first due to some kinds of medications. Your success will lie in your perseverence and consistency with the program. To me, it sounds like that 4 lbs. you gained is just muscle weight. Just keep at it and see what it does for you ...and please keep us posted. Good Luck, ë Tara > EEEEKKK!!! Guest guest
Hi all, I ordered some armour from international pharmacy, and they posted it on 07/05/09. It's not arrived - and the PO haven't left a card or anything. Can you advise me how long it usually takes to arrive, and if it doesn't, how I can trace it? thanks, A
