normal waking temperture??

I keep seeing different basal temperatures being mentioned as normal. Sheila ,

you say 37, Nick says 36.6. I presume we are all talking about mouth

temperatures which should be .5 c higher than under armpit.

as I am trying to find my soft spot I want to know what a good basal temperature

is.
