Guest guest
writes me privately that he meant to send this to Saul, not to the list. In any case, perhaps its better it went to the list as it is not nice to be talked about behind your back, and I'd rather know. I have never been informed by that ten people left his list because of me. He *was* upset recently with a post I made to him, and wrote me that he would moderate my posts, so I decided to leave his list. I used to have a rife machine but sold it and no longer use the technology. At that point, sent me a post from the list since I was no longer on the list, but I said I would rather not read it and asked that we part cordially. Apparently we have not. In any case, he put that post on lymenet and I saw it, it was about someone improving from rife technology. I do believe some people improve from rife technology. IT's experimental but interesting. However, it wasn't good for me as it gave me heart palpitations and tachycardia. Perhaps I was sensitive to the EMF. So, , please just let me be. I've been on this list awhile and have learned some good things from it, and I would not be happy if you started writing members about me. Thanx. > Saul, > > I started/own this rife group: > > Lyme-and-rife/ > > Jill, (jenbooks13@h...), the woman you've been debating on the ozone > list, became so combative and argumentative with everyone that I ended up > deleting her membership. Guest guest
, I see we are going off in the wrong direction again. As in " your dogmatic checklist. " Let's not continue therefore. Guest guest
Another thing that might be worth mentioning is when doing the liver cleanse, you are stirring up a lot of toxic material, which would tend to make one feel ick. And since we've mentioned colonics also...when I use to get them, I would to a lesser degree, experience the ick, nausea, headache feeling. I was always told it was the toxics being stirred up. Must be something to it. gail > Hi Jill. Just wanted to mention that I have done three liver cleanses. Later I did a parasite cleanse and kidney cleanse and then a liver cleanse and felt bad during it and it took me several months to get back on my feet. It really knocked me down. > > Go figure. I think a person needs to have confidence in their bodies detox pathways before doing a liver cleanse. If a person does want to do a parasite cleanse I highly recommend Neutralizer by Miracle 2. It looks and tastes like water with a little silica in it and it kills parasites like gang busters without all the side effects you, I mean I, get from herbs. Guest guest
Guess what? I had my rod removed after it being in place for only 5 years. And I still have flatback. I wonder if the damage is done early on and is irreversible unless revision is done?xoxo's
Guest guest
Just an opinion. I think we'd agree that one cause of flatback is fusing the spine without enough lordosis. Removing your rods wouldn't change the position that the vertebrae were fused in. (Movable vertebrae is not the desired outcome of a fusion :-) > Guess what? > I had my rod removed after it being in place for only 5 years. And I still have flatback. Guest guest
Yep, that's what Im gathering. My main focus is my broken (I think) hardware. I just got back from the doc's and he agrees that it doesn't look right. I'm going over to have an x- ray right now. MOVES is very restrictive but the good thing is you can eat as much asyou want and lose weight, but to do that you do have to be very strictwith adherence in terms of quality. > > It really helps to have your food planned and ready to go, and tonot let yourself get hungry but stay full on healthy foods. There are a lotof strategies I recommend, but really the most important one in myopinion is to be prepared. Have food pre-cooked like chicken legs youcan heat up quickly, boiled eggs, etc. I make my own homemade beefjerky and keep that handy for emergencies. Guest guest
Hi Jill Marg here just got chance to write.I am older than you but feel the same.My fab hair is dull and thin and lank.I look haggard puffy ill and very very tired and old. What does not help is my best pal whom I work with the same age looks amazing.I have always looked after myself and my weight which no amount of dieting and exercise will shift.I avoid mirrors like the plague.I use to think I was quite nice to look at and now I see this ugly women is shop windows and cringe coz its me.I have suffered this illness for 18 years on Thyroxin. The last 10 weeks have changed to Armour, which I am hoping will help.I too cant bear going out and have a big family do on Sunday and am dreading it.I used to enjoy choosing a fab outfit etc.Now I try to blend in in black.I am confident and not a bit shy but this has knocked me for six.How you look of course is a huge part of how you feel.I just don't want to look sick and tired. You are still young enough to sort this Jill just look after yourself and remember you heal from the inside out.
