Hi and Jane

Someone I know just spent a couple of days tramping the streets with

high anxiety....got back (accompanied) at about 4.00am in the morning;

wandering around aimlessly on the street, enough to come to the

attention of...

well, it's novel alarm call.

Hi

Phone Dr P today, and ask whether you should reduce your HC before you do anything.

Sheila

Hi Jane

I totally understand where you are coming from, I am thinking of reducing my HC to 10mg a day and see if that makes me feel any better, something isnt right, I have high anxiety, tiredness and feel low and totally fed up with it all. My chest feels heavy and I have a racing pulse sometimes, it may just be the reintroduction of the thyroxine and it needs to settle but I just dont know, I really wish I did. I just want some relief, nothing I do seems to work and I just worry and worry and worry and spend all my time looking for answers and to be honest it wears me out--- On Sun, 7/9/08, janemccormicksmith <cordeliajanehotmail>

Hi Sheila

I have rang and left a message for him to ring me, but saying that I am not sure if decreasing it is the answer so will stay at 15mg for the time being. I am trying very hard to listen to my body and about an hour after I take the HC I get some light relief, not a lot but its there and the symptoms seem better, it could be I need more and not less. I am trying to eat regulary and not let myself get really hungry and have low blood sugar, as the day goes on sometimes I feel better. I have been very upset about my dog over the weekend, we havent got him for much longer and I think thats caused stress. I am also worrying about my holiday and wondering how the hell I can cope with getting up at 3am to travel to the airport, all this I think is having a knock on effect on how I feel, I really shouldnt blame the meds just yet. Also, yes theres more!, I am confused as to when I should take my meds on the day we travel and should I 'stress dose' with the HC

and then when I get to the US we will be 5 hours infront of the UK so when do I take the meds then!! Ah what a todo!--- On Mon, 8/9/08, sheilaturner <sheilaturner@...>
