I went to the sea where I felt fantastic. When I came home i felt awful and I

am trying to get back to my normal pre holiday state. Is this normal to have

such intolerance to moving ? I am afraid to go away again.

I spent a week at my sisters recently, not seaside, and I didnt do anything to

speak of, yet when I came home I too had to play catchup to feeling back to

normal NO not normal, usual!! Maybe we emotionally tire ourselves or something!

Oh Berny, Berny YES I am terrible and it isn't only location its situation with

me, I can crash any time within months or weeks of the event, horrible, I have

no idea why.

I think the reason you feel good at the seaside is the ionization hon, I was

just thinking of you as I read this..

apparently different ion states cause different secretions, we are probably very

susceptible being hormonally imbalanced. After all people always were attracted

to the seaside :) for the feel good factor.

Hope it doesn't take you long to readjust hon, try getting plenty of sleep.

lotsa luv
