Re: any veggie type O's

Sorry for the delayed response on my part. I seldom check the

archives if I miss out on the day of. I am sure everyone else has

given you useful advice. I have never had problems with reflux or

blood sugar that I know about and I am a " non-meat-eating-O " .

Although I have not tested for it, I'm pretty certain I am a

secretor, so that makes a big difference.

I eat eggs, nuts, fish, beans and soy for most of my protien (in that

order). Since I cut most dairy, wheat and corn from my diet, I have

found a new interest in vegetables like kale and squash that I just

never cared for before. I eat only one to two servings of grains per

day. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6 since I began eating

this way. I have also gone from sleeping 9-10 hours each night to 7-

8. My last exam at the doctor's was wonderful. My body fat, heart

rate and general health appeared about perfect. I drink 6-8 glasses

of water and eat a serving of chocolate each day, too. ;)
