For everyone who drinks bitter, yucky things (like Epsom salts), here's a hint: Hold your nose while drinking. Keep holding your nose while you rinse your mouth out afterwards. (If you can't smell, your taste buds will deaden to the taste.)
Guest guest
.. Chang who sells the coptis on her website told me to go ahead and mix it with a small amount of water..then she says she brushes her teeth real quick after..and I agree it is a rather foul tasting product. I keep a mint handy and quickly pop it in my mouth after ingesting the stuff! I hope this helps..Oh by the way you should take coptis in the evening..before bedtime..it helps to stimulate the bile flow and helps digestion. It helps to promote better sleep also and it helps to eliminate estrogens more efficiently if used in conjunction with chinese bitters according to her product info. Guest guest
Thanks I will try that. Hope, I am doing the Bitters, GCG and Coptis. I agree, I think she is a very knowledgable woman. I had a couple of long conversations with her. Take care and good luck! I will do my flush mid-June. laura ----- Original Message ----- From: Hope Ryckman gallstones Sent: Tuesday, May 08, 2001 3:47 PM Subject: Re: coptis/bile salts ..
