take co-q10 mg from a good brand and you will solve the the gum

problems.q absorb of jarrow is a good one.your gum will get more

oxygen.

Pamela,

I'm gargling with 5 drops of 5% Lugol's solution in about 1/3 glass of

water, and it is getting rid of my strep throat. The iodine will stain

teeth, so I wouldn't do this normally.

CoQ10, both forms, are made by the same Japanese company in just a few

manufacturing facilities in the world. So when it comes to the CoQ10

itself, it's all the same regardless of brand. The only differences are

the encapsulation format and any fillers and/or additional products

included.
