Castile Soap! I used it for a month and one day looked at my face and hands

and said WOW! where did the spots go! (of course SPF helps to keep them away)

No, there is no SPF in Castile. What I meant was, use an SPF lotion to

protect the skin, aside from the soap. Yes, Castile is Olive Oil soap. Works

great!!!!

I was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for a soap or lotion or

something to help with age spots or spots left over from pregnancy on

the face. Herbs or something that will help with the bleaching

process. I am just a beginner, so any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi Effie,

I'm new too and do not make Castile yet. I buy 5 oz bars at $5 each from

Gardener's Soap in Woodstock, IL, but you can purchase it from most soap

makers. Does anyone on this list have a recipe to share? The ingredients on

the label are Olive Oil, grapefruit seed extract, lime eo.

Good luck!

Hi :

Is this castile soap something that you make? It seems the more I " mature "

the more age spots I get. I am a newbie and would appreciate any

information you can provide.

Many thanks.

she swears by a cp rebatched soap i make with fresh aloe added at rebatch.

I am new, so please bear with me but what is a cp rebatched soap?

Because acne marks are part of the problem with me, so I would be very

interested in learning to make this soap or buy it. Thank you to

everyone who replied to my original post about age spots, I think I

now have several suggestions that I will try.

Would you mind sharing your recipe with me? I am beginning to have age

spots on my hands. I know in Europe there is something commonly used but

again I can not find what it is!!!

Thank you and wish a good day to you.

Hi there...I read that if you buy a bottle of Boric Acid Powder at the drug

store, and add pure lemon juice to make a paste, and then put it on the age

spots, cover with a band-aid and leave on for several hours that it will

bleach out the spots.

> Hi, I would greatly appreciate your SECRET recipe for age spots.

Okay, I might as well jump on the band wagon, if you are going to share your

secret recipe with 50 others then will you make it 51??? Maybe we can have a

secret recipe club and you have to know the password before we can pass it

on, LOL. I have that dang " mothers mask " that the drs swore would fade

within a year after the birth of my son, he's 8 and it's still there, if I go

out into the sun they turn DARK. Hugs, Diane

Me too, could you please share your secret--I grew up in Florida on the

beaches and now my legs and hands have these horrible age spots.

Donna, It would have been easier to take if I didn't see that grin you have

on your face, LOL, dangit, I was hoping I was just one of the slow ones but I

fear that I'm doomed to stay out of the sun for life (I live in Florida),

what's a woman to do but stay in the kitchen and make soap <eg>. Hey, I can

that excuse now, gimme lemons and I'll make lemonade! Hugs, Diane
