I just started about 2 weeks ago with 1 Iodoral tablet and I am still on my natural progesterone and vitex. There are other things that may help when taken with it but I need to know where they are to help. Steph Fibroid Advise ? Hi I am new to the group. What dose of iodine should one take? I TAKE 8DROPS DAILY IN THE MORNINGS. 3WEEKS AGO I HAD UNCONTROLLABLE BLEEDING AND PASSED OUT. THE AMBULANCE HAD TO TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL. MY BLOOD PRESURE DROPPED TO 60. AND HAD TO BE ON OXYGEN, ALSO HAD 2 UNITS OF BLOOD TRANSFUSION. THE DOCTORS HAVE SCHEDULED TO DO A SURGERY ON THE 3/10/2000. PLEASE I NEED HELP. THE UTERINE FIBROIDS ARE GETTING BIGGER. WHAT DO I DO? Guest guest Posted February 19, 2009 Report Share Posted February 19, 2009 I would increase your iodine to twice what you are taking. You are doing about 20 mgs right now and your body needs more. I would do 16-18 drops per day. Do you take Vit C? How about magnesium? I would also add some Vit A - Kroeger Herbs Sunny A is a good one with sources from cod liver oil and carrots. They are 25,000 iu each and can help with hormonal balancing. Do you take any BHrt? Do you have a natural doc that you could work with?
