Guest guest
Dana, Well, there are two factors: the fresh injury: (I would do a new assessment for that one maybe) bangs to the head often injure the temporal lobes, where you were training anyway...so I'd go back and do more of that T3///T4 anyway...and the Fz sounds good too! second factor: the break in training, maybe she wasn't ready yet...but honestly, it could all be the injury. Hopefully with more sessions, she'll get back on track. Relapse? >I did 14 sessions with a five Y O girl who was experiencing severe > separation anxiety. Guest guest
Or maybe the child is acting out the family dysfunction. > > Dana, > Well, there are two factors: the fresh injury: (I would do a new assessment > for that one maybe) bangs to the head often injure the temporal lobes, > where you were training anyway...so I'd go back and do more of that T3///T4 > anyway...and the Fz sounds good too! > second factor: the break in training, maybe she wasn't ready yet...but > honestly, it could all be the injury. > Hopefully with more sessions, she'll get back on track. > > > Relapse? > > > >I did 14 sessions with a five Y O girl who was experiencing severe > > separation anxiety. Guest guest
Hello All, I have been on the iodine protocol for three months and am delighted with the progress. Many symptoms, not least of which fibromyalgia, were melting away. My energy levels improved, ankle swelling virtually gone, and many other things. I was feeling bright and happy again. I still had lots more work to do, but the start was just wonderful. Over the last couple of days, we had several social events which meant different foods. I was careful, but not diligent. I also didn't take my lugol's and supplements for two days. I know some people pulse their treatment and thought that after these two days I'll get back on track. This morning I woke up in intense pain, barely able to move again. I've gone straight back on the iodine regime. Has anyone else had such a relapse? I'm so worried.Any ideas of more I can do?Cheers,Deborah from UK
Guest guest
there is a price to be paid for indulging in food fancies...at the time it's ok until you get the reaction. easy to see not so easy to put aside. Guest guest
Don't be worried. Just get back on the "wagon" and do what you should be doing. I am sure that your body will adjust again. Guest guest
I cannot take a day off from Iodoral, and I take 100mg a day. I don't think you have to be worried b/c you know it works. you just have to take enough plus companion nutrients etc. gracia the.beingwell wrote: > > Hello All, I have been on the iodine protocol for three months and am > delighted with the progress. Guest guest
Thanks Steph and all,Wow.. it's been a grim day, but I upped the lugol's, back on supplements, did the salt loading and worked on my liver and digestion with herbs and reflexology and thank goodness, I'm starting to feel better again. Gracia, I suspect I may be like you in that I won't dare skip a day (for the time being anyway). If this isn't proof as to the effectiveness of the iodine protocol, I don't know what is. I've emailed Dr Brownstein to find out if he will be offering consultations when he's here in the UK. Cheers and thanks again for everyone's replies.Deborah from UK>> I cannot take a day off from Iodoral, and I take 100mg a day.
