Guest guest
Hi Sandi, When I had that problem, my chiro said more water and more exercise. I think it is a detoxing issue. I haven't had that problem for almost a year now.Nonie > > I've read via the files that I should lower my dosage of Iodine and increase the Magnesium. I'm taking 25mg of Iodoral (was at 50mg) and between 1350-1900mg of Magnesium Chloride daily now. I started these doses and was ODER-FREE in about 10 days BUT it's come back again!!! What's my next move, Steph???> > Sincerely, Sandi>
Guest guest
Sandi... Your detoxing-- it's a good thing!!! Don't lower your dose of iodoral unless you're having a lot of detox symptoms that are making you really sick and uncomfortable. Use baking soda under your arms, it'll help. Guest guest
Nonie, thanks, it's for sure a detox thing. I'll try doing more water every day and more exercise as well. Guest guest
I am using milk of magnesia.I pour some out into a small dish, and it gradually dries into a paste. I don't wait though, I go ahead and use it while its still thin and liquidy. You just have to hold up your arms in front of the fan, which is annoying, but it works great. -- Warmest Regards,Robin Little
