,you mentioned you work in a pool.  Do you think the chlorine affects the thyroid directly? I don't have energy for regular exercise right now, the only thing I could do right now is exercise in a pool so I'm wondering about the trade off.  Maybe it's better to get the movement and exercise than not too?  Do you have anymore thoughts on this?   Thanks,
