Yoga for thyroid

Hi,

I just thought some of you might like to know that yoga is meant to be

very good for thyroid.

Inverted postions esp shoulder & head stands flood thyroid with fresh

blood stimulating it to work better.

I do Iyengar which my yoga teacher insists is best!

I certainly feel some benefit for several days after and hr & half

session.
