Guest guest
Don't take any notice of the 3rd degree. There are so many rules and regulations in the EEC that no one is really sure about anything. Be very challenging. Make the person behind the counter justify their position. If there are lots of people in the pharmacy assure the person behind the counter that you are not a drug dealer in a very loud voice. They'll probably be so ashamed of their nasty thoughts that you'll get what you want so they can get you out of the shop. Guest guest
You can get Lugol's iodine from www.healthleadsuk.com. The 30ml bottle is £9.69 and the 100ml bottle is £20.65. They also sell Dr. Brownstein's book on iodine for £10.95. You can get Iodoral online from the USA but postage is usually steep and if you are unlucky you get stung for VAT. > > Hi > > Does anyone have any mail order sources of Iodoral in the UK? Guest guest
Both www.breastcancerchoices.org and www.vrp.com as well as www.illnessisoptional.com will sell internationally. Guest guest
It's bad enough that a restriction for the sale of iodine already was put in effect two years ago, at that time I got a 16 oz. bottle and there were lots of other people getting a whole lot more than that because it can keep indefinitely under the right conditions. But I don't think one can purchase elemental iodine without a special permit, if it were so, then any drugmaker could order from the internet. It is totally ridiculous to keep banning things people normally use to try to stem off drug making, the illegals users will ALWAYS find a way to get what they need, it's us, the law-abiding citizens who get screwed up (and pardon my "French"...). Because of my chronic nasal congestion, from time to time, I used to buy at dollar stores a nasal decongestant that was taken off the shelves, when I tried the "new" one it did nothing for me. I couldn't even get it at the pharmacies of stores I go to regularly because I often shop late at night when that department is already closed, so it was a BIG inconvenience for me.Here's one other example of utter stupidity, a representative from St. Louis was proposing to take baking soda off the shelves because it's used to make crack cocaine, thank goodness that didn't go anywhere... yet! And not to change the subject, but to me the same goes with some of the restrictions for airplane travel. It's all fear-based, I heard Wayne Dyer talk about how if people continue with that mindset, eventually we would have to travel naked (because terrorists could come up with an explosive that could be put in clothing).Raquel> > > > > > From: > > Nonie nmsammymsn (DOT) com>> > Subject: RE: > > EU ban will end walkers' use of iodine> > iodinegroups (DOT) com> > Date: Thursday, > > August 13, 2009, 4:46 PM> > > > > > > > > > > > Well, there are too many people and they want us all > > sick, on drugs until we die.> > Simple in their > > mind.> > > > Nonie> > > > > > > > > > > > iodinegroups (DOT) com> > From: ladybugsandbees@ sbcglobal. > > net> > Date: Thu, 13 Aug 2009 11:03:07 -0400> > Subject: EU > > ban will end walkers' use of iodine> > > > > > > > > > Here > > is the EU country list http://www.eucountr > > ylist.com/> > > > > > Time > > to stock up on your iodine now. Guest guest
if they are banning liquid lugols does that necessarily mean you wont be able to buy the pill form iodoral..if they are worried about illegal drug use i would think iodoral would not be a real concern then...From: MacGilchrist <s.macgilxrist@...>Subject: Re: Re: EU ban will end walkers' use of iodineiodine Date: Saturday, August 15, 2009, 4:16 AM Don't take any notice of the 3rd degree. Guest guest
Try the Nettie pot rather than the nasal decongestants. Or, Musinex is helpful. There are some decent homeopathic remedies for nasal congestion. Guest guest
Perhaps I should order the Lugols from the Austrian website. I would be afraid to order it from a non Western country like the U.S. EU or Japan. Who knows what standard the other countries my or may not have. Scary stuff. I guess stock up now while you can! And the best bit - like chlorine is sooooooooooooooooo safe and healthy!!! (NOT!!!) Guest guest
Yeah! In otherwords, don't be so naiive. The drug companies and insurance companies don't want the competition of a good public option. We need to focus on making sure that a public option includes alternative medicine, the right way. Guest guest
Thanks, I've been doing nasal rinses since April and so far they haven't completely cleared my nose. I've also used several natural nasal sprays with limited results also and guaifenesin (name of ingredient in Mucinex) on/off for several years but had to ease up on that because it makes my uric acid problem worse. Also, the peculiar thing is that the tablets don't work as well for me (need to take more...) as the cough syrup but that has a lot of sugar in it and that became one more reason to avoid it. I've also taken homeopathic drops and pills for sinuses, stinging nettle, and, well, just about everthing I've heard of. What I believe is that I already have a fungal "ball" in there causing the obstruction; maybe over time it can be dissolved... This problem started quite a few years ago due to my exposure to mold and I noticed how it got progressively worse, apparently because of my continued exposure, and maybe it won't completely go away until my living conditions change.Raquel> > > > > > > > > From: > > > Nonie nmsammymsn (DOT) com>> > > Subject: RE: > > > EU ban will end walkers' use of iodine> > > iodinegroups (DOT) com> > > Date: Thursday, > > > August 13, 2009, 4:46 PM> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Well, there are too many people and they want us all > > > sick, on drugs until we die.> > > Simple in their > > > mind.> > > > > > Nonie> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > iodinegroups (DOT) com> > > From: ladybugsandbees@ sbcglobal. > > > net> > > Date: Thu, 13 Aug 2009 11:03:07 -0400> > > Subject: EU > > > ban will end walkers' use of iodine> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Here > > > is the EU country list http://www.eucountr > > > ylist.com/> > > > > > > > > Time > > > to stock up on your iodine now.
