The one that Steph recommended: selenomethionine is the one I take. The folks

who run the iodine supplementation forum on curezone recommend that one too.

It's supposed to be more bioavailable and less likely to cause any toxic

reactions even up to 800 mcg daily, which is how much Trapper on the iodine

curezone forum advocates with iodine. So you can't go wrong with 200-400 mcg of

selenomethioine. It has anti-cancer properties and works with iodine and

tyrosine to help the thyroid convert the iodine into needed form: T4, T3, etc..

I read that somewhere, but can't remember. I know I do feel better when I take

the tyrosine and selenium with the iodine.
