Hi ,

I am in the same boat as you and have been warned by a naturopath not to do the flush. So instead, to be on the safe side I have opted to treat my gallstones by finding out what causes them in the first place. From all the information I have gathered from many sources including health books, naturopaths and the internet I have come to the conclusion that gallstones are caused by a diet of refined, chemically or heat treated foods. Eg. Pasteurising and homogenizing of milk which destroys the digestive enzymes in it and alters the protein structure thus making it very hard for the body to digest. Also oils are a major contributor to stones in that they are heat and chemically treated. You will notice that the COLD PRESSED oils have the opposite effect. They are very beneficial to gallstone problems. I have unprocessed honey now instead of sugar in my foods. Whole stoneground spelt flour instead of 'manmade' white wheat flour. If you eat foods as close to nature as possible then they shouldn't cause health problems but actually fix them. I also drink Horsetail Tea which encourages the absorption and use of calcium in the diet thus breaking up calcified gallstones.

To slowly dissolve the gallstones, I take SMALL amounts (a tablespoon at a time or less) of lemon juice and cold pressed oil INTERMITTENTLY throughout the day and this has helped tremendously with my digestion. Since I have been doing this for only about 6 days, I have had far less subtle pains, and am able to eat much larger amounts in one sitting than I used to. I have become a vegan for now to speed the dissolving of the stones, but am not fully convinced that UNPASTEURISED dairy food is such a bad thing.

I also advise you to check out the collected testimonials website at the bottom of this page.
