I just drink the flaxseed oil straight from the bottle and use lecithin capsules. I have the granules too, which my granddaughter loves to eat straight, for putting on salads and other things.

I just sprinkle the oil straight onto the lecithin granules and eat it. I also make up a bread spread with the lecithin and flax or other cold pressed oil mixed with some freshly crushed (in the food processor) raw nuts. (My favorites are raw macadamias and almonds).

Small doses of lemon juice with cold pressed olive or flax oil have brought me a lot of pain relief too. I just take 1 - 2 dessertspoons of this mixture whenever I feel to, preferably on an empty stomach.
