How to access unpublished clinical trials

Dear Members, I am just curious about clinical trials that are registered on clinical trial registries like www.clinicaltrials.gov, and for some reason terminated or completed with unsuccessful results. Is there a way to access results of these type of studies. I would be glad if anybody with such experience would throw some light on this issue.
