Tonight's THE Night...FISRT CLEANSE

Here I GO ! After Three days of Juicing Carrots and Apples I am taking

the plunge ! I tried this once before, No Luck. This time 1 pint of Olive

Oil should do the trick. (I am 6' 4 " 230 lbs.)

So far is been two hours since a tablespoon of Epson Salts. ANY

suggestions will be appreciated...SOON !

Hi, Tom,

A nice break from my deposition, to say the least. I'm mentally tired.

Well, are you cleaned out? Free of poop? Hope you're cleaned out, it makes

it easier, I think. Although, one time I wasn't as well as I should have

been, the GB cleanse turned out fine. I just add more water to my Epsom

salts than Dr. has. I think that I go a whole cup at a time or a bit

over.

I'm thinking of you and hope it turns out good this time. Keep in mind that

it took me several times before a lot came out. I think adding more olive

oil helps too. I know that it did the last time.
