Hi,

The attachments by Anand speak of yet another exposure of HPV vaccine trials. Download, save and then read the newspaper scans for further details.

The costly HPV vaccine is being promoted without ascertaining its efficacy.

It was tested on young girls which were not even in sexually active stage, for sex related disease.

Now consider which of these actual situations are ethical:

- Taking the trial participants to the end point of death

- Instead of having a comparative arm, choosing placebo arm for a serious disease, in trial of a NDE (new drug entity), in spite of a comparator effective medicine being available in market, with bias of proving the efficacy of NDE.

- Submerging living humans naked in subzero waters for trials

- Exposing humans to the poisonous bites of insects / animals

Repulsive scenarios but true!

Now let us discuss some harsh realities. It is alleged that the big nations still practice NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemicals) in enemy territories. Please be on the grid that when an attacking country occupies the enemy territory, only civilian population is left there. The attackers study the effect of newer, more lethal NBC agents on these defenseless persons. Get sensitized that NBC is taught in war schools world over. If it is being taught and learnt, it is not for taking the knowledge to bed but for perfect practice in field conditions!

Dumping hazardous radioactive and chemical waste in international waters, away from main land of own country is still practiced by big nations. Do you feel it is ethical to enjoy the fruits of such dangerous product in own country and then discard the toxic waste near coast lines of other poor economies?

Do you think that big words like international peace and solidarity, world order based on brotherhood, health for all etc; stand any chance? Humans are the most meanest species on this earth, talking ethics but practicing exactly opposite.
