Latham, Chairman, Department of Nutrition, Cornell University USA. It

exposes the nexus between the International agencies, Pharmaceutical companies

and Governments in promoting the universal Vitamin supplementation in in

different developing countries. It concludes that there is no advantage of

Universal Vitamin A Supplementation to Children.
