Guest guest Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 I've been banded for several years now and still have a ways to go with regard to my personal goal weight. I know from personal experience that it is hard to stay motivated and not give in to feeling as if the weight isn't coming off quick enough. So, I'm wondering if anyone is feeling like I am in that we need to add some activities to the Northwest Bandsters group. Something where people can not only get together and talk about being banded and the ups and downs but also do an activity where people of all weight loss levels will feel as if they are in a comfortable environment.
