Guest guest
Dear Dr Chaturvedi et al,These are interesting set of guidelines. Just a couple of things if I may:The author assumes people are going to use Microsoft products like Word etc. for formatting their writing (therefore instructions for example, use " create tables with Table Pull down in Word. Do not use tabs " . In reality, use of tabs is a far easier way to create tables. Publications such as the Environmental Health Perspectives actually prefer tables created using tabs. Also, if one wants to output tables directly from spreadsheets, using tab is more user-friendly than " pull down solution " . Second, perhaps topical to our discussion, is, learning to " read " , and learning to think (and think well) is important. Steve Gillman has useful pointers, here:http://ezinearticles.com/?Practicing-The-Art-Of-Thinking & id=616048 Another nice creative tool is mind mapping, freemind for example. :-),ArinOn Sat, Mar 26, 2011 at 3:14 PM, dtchaturvedi <dtchaturvedi@...> wrote: ITS GREAT TO BE A PART OF NETRUM.
