Guest guest
Yesterday I was kvetching about snow on the ground. Now, its mainly been washed away. I go out on my front porch and the thermometer indicates 48 degrees F. So much nicer than the 20-30 degrees of last couple weeks. I so love the rain now, I suppose familiarity will bring contempt (remember how those GD Fing adults used to tell us boys and girls that if we got to close to somebody then familiarity would breed contempt?) So nice to see the snow melt away. Snow, snow go away. Don't come back until 2044????????????????????????? (that's the year I turn 100) Please make sure your not out our way. If you come earlier I'll call you a whore. Good that I had a real job to retire from and not live on my poetry royalties. Anyway, I am so pleased to have rain from the sky rather than snow.
