Guest guest
the answer to the exercise is as follows-Study A- (schizophrenia trial) , involved psychological, social and physical risks. Risks to subjects include the possibility that the new medication may have serious adverse effects(physical), some of which may be irreversible; patients assigned to placebo will be deprived of needed treatment for a month; patients may suffer from continuing hallucinations or paranoia(psychological); patients may be at increased risk of suicide; and, finally, patients may pose a risk to others(social). Study B- (sex questionnaire) posed variety of both psychological and social risks to participants: teachers or parents may become aware of undisclosed sexual activity; others may become aware of same-sex relationships(social); and participants might become aware that they are at risk of developing HIV(psychological).Well done Tarun.kunda The INTERNET now has a personality.
