Hi !

I agree in large part with your thinking:

> " A fruit diet, even if adhered to for the short-term, would go the

longest way toward helping anyone radically cleanse and heal their

liver/gallbladder " naturally " and present the finest hope of avoiding

all these surgeries... "

There is nothing easier than fruit for the body to digest and it

contains terrific phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. An all

fruit diet for a month or two would most likely cure many diseases.

If I had cancer this would be one approach I would take!

It should also be understood that a water fast also has many of the

same " curing " results. A water fast for two-four weeks, followed by

a fruit fast for a week or two as shown tremendous results to cure

many diseases, especialy those of the digestive system. The body

gets a chance to " rest " and heal. It has tremendous ability to heal

itself If given the chance.

You do come on a bit strong in the rest of your statements. Are you

basing your " all fruit " theory on " the garden? " Adam and Eve were

given all of the garden from which to gather food. Also, that fruit

would have contained much more by way of nutrients than ours!

To assume that all should be " fruitarians " is pretty far out. I can

see the evidence to push for a 50% diet of fruit, but the exclusion

of vegetables I don't understand.

The healthy human body has the ability to digest and function on many

types of foods. It does not require a long term avoidance of much

that God has given. Yes, the unhealthy body... which any Americans

have... requires significant change in eating habits. A fruit fast

for 2-3 weeks would be ideal... but then, fruit, vegies, grains,

fish, etc. all can be used by the body for good health.

You have a large part of truth in your statements, but seem to carry

it to an extreme. None of us has " all " the truth... that's why we

are working together to understand the power of healing the body

through sensible health.

grants one wide social acceptance in our society, at the ultilmate

expense of one's body-parts, and, eventually, one's life. But that

same social group will also salve your conscience with praise,

applauding you for doing " the best you could " with diet (despite the

fact that you didn't do what made the most sense to do) and accept

you, unconditionally, rewarding you, with its ongoing acceptance, for

your conformity, and your stubbornness, and your stupidity, so that

this group can, mainly, remain convinced that they too, should be

allowed to perpetuate the myth that humans are supposed to be

indulging themselves in all matter of foods other than fruit, that

were never meant to be foods for humans, while everyone continues to

shirk their duties of basic self-care, shutting out responsibility

for the welfare of their bodies that, if attended to, could restore

Man to his original destiny on Earth. How nice we encourage and

support each other to be so much less than we could be! It's a

shoddy and pathetic conspiracy!
