Folowing are the important interactions. DRUG INTERACTIONS MAO I and SSRIs can potentiate the effects of TCAs and lead to their toxicity SSRIs if combined with other serotonergic / MAOI / opioid / ECT / Lithium – Serotonergic syndrome. More common with fluoxetine.
