Hi Everyone out there! I appreciate all the responses to my question, What Causes Gallstones in the first place? I've learned a lot from you and will add what I think I know, or what seems to be working for me.

Horsetail Tea on an empty liver really seems to break up the calcified stones. (The liver stores food too you see.) It's the high silica content of it which moves the calcium on. When I first started drinking it ( on advice from my naturopath) I could feel the 'popping' of the stones rolling down my biliary tubes. My naturopath said that they were calcified stones because they were 'sharp'. I also find Peppermint Tea AFTER a meal is wonderful for my bile production and quite soothing.

As mentioned on this web page before I believe both types of stones ARE caused by processed fats, like PASTEURISED dairy products and HEAT MANUFACTURED oils. Go for COLD PRESSED every time!

To : thanks for writing. Can you please explain what the purpose of drinking 10oz or 300ml (in Aussie language) of Magnesium Citrate in the morning does? An industrial flush sounds just what I need!

To Pat: Do you use this 'Zapper' instead of the Parasite Herb Program? Do you send away to USA or something for them? Do you have an address?

To : I didn't have any stones show up on Ultrasound but all my symptoms pointed to (and still do to a lesser extent due to a good vegan diet), gallstones. Thanks to Hulda e's book which also 'saved' my life I realised that the pain didn't need to be on the right side of the body, because the stones start in the Liver! This was a turning point in my understanding of what was wrong with me as all my pain was coming from my left side!

Even though my naturopath had advised not to flush I think experience speaks louder than theory and I have read few negative results from the flush! I will be undertaking the industrial strength flush by when I get all the right ingredients! What do 'you' think of my decision?

Have a nice day/night.
