Guest guest
, My thought would be that, normally when we do the flush we lay on our right side for two reasons, 1) so the cholesterol gallstones in our gallbladder can float to the top where they will be expelled out the ducts (meaning calcified stones which sink remain at the botton of the gallbladder) and 2) so the Oil exits our stomach sooner. It seems that to get rid of a calcified stone you would want to lay on your left side for most of the night after the initial half hour of laying on your right side. Also, be sure to not eat any food the day of the flush...I've heard some people eat small nonfat meals until noon, in my experience this has always minimized the effects of the flush... Give it one more shot I say, and report back with the results! Troy __________________________________________________
Guest guest
I have been working to reduce the size of my one stone and told all that I would report progress. Here it is. Yesterday I had an Ultrasound of my 2.9 cm calicified stone and found that its size had come down to 2.3 cm. That should have been the result of 2 months on Chanca Piedra and Gallbladder Support, 60 drops of the former and 2 pills of the latter taken together 3 times a day on an empty stomach. These are available from Raintree Nutrition 800-780-5902 and http://rain-tree.com/ I shall attempt to bring it down to a small enough size that I can flush it out. I have also changed to being on the Zone diet (The Zone by Barry Sears should be in your local library and if not can usually be gotten at http://www.half.com for a few dollars) and will get back to flushing. All of this should prevent me from further production by reducing my high billirubin and somewhat high cholesterol which probably caused this large gallstone in the first place. This is all figuring on my part since conventional doctors, including those at Mayo have been of no help. BTW, Sears' diet and way of viewing food as a drug appears to be a must for anyone who wants to be in top physical condition and disease free for life. It is a must read as it makes a very valuable contribution to understanding how our bodies respond to foods. What you do after that is strictly your choice. Any comments appreciated.
