That's what I call it because many "holistic" doctors gave me the regular liver flush, e.g., one tbsp. olive oil, one tbsp lemon juice. It does nothing! I tried a lot of them and never saw any stones like I saw when I upped the dose to 6 oz. of olive oil. The mag citrate is a laxative, the equivalent of the epsom salts on Hulda 's program, I guess. Personally I would start out with the standard 6 oz. olive oil the first couple of times. It's pretty intense. Then later when you feel ready for it, up the dose of olive oil. I did 9 flushes before I increased the olive oil to 8 oz. I plan on doing my 11th flush next week and trying out a dose of 12 oz. Should be intense, hey! I just received Gold Coin Grass tincture, coptis, and curcumin from Chang, and for the 12th flush will add that in advance, to see what happens Even though I've gotten rid of an estimated 3500-4000 stones I don't think I'm anywhere near done yet. What I can't figure out is where they all were! I've always had a trim waistline. You'd think my liver and GB would have been puffed out to here!
