It should make the central objectives and variables of the study clear to the reader (reviewer). The title provides the "key words" for the classification and indexing of the project. If it is possible without undue length, the title can give a preview of the protocol. It is important to specify what population will be investigated. The title specified must be consistent across all documents relevant to the trial. Have a look at this title of a research project: “Medical cost estimation study regarding management of the most common malignancies in females (aged 18 years or above) attending the National cancer Institute.†What is your opinion about this?
