Hi,

Till our moderator Dr Hemant Gharpure comes in and takes over, here is a poser.

Let us start discussing.

It is recommended that that the pharmacotherapy for HIV positive patients must

start when the viral load is found above a particular level.

If that is so then why pharmacotherapy does not stop when the viral load

decreases below that mark?
